At “Signifo 2 – include the Spiritual Dimension in your activities” you will receive a training on the Spiritual Dimension in Scouting and Guiding. I will be organised in Barcelona (ES) in February 2023.
Signifo 2 is designed for leaders in direct contact with children and young people.
At Signifo 2 you are going to learn how to create relevant activities on Spiritual Development.
You will explore, reflect, connect and decide
- Exploring: PLAYING GAMES, living many Spiritual Development activities of all sorts.
- Reflecting: based on what we lived, add some theory to the concept
- Connecting: making a link to your life as leader, we want you to create a new Spiritual Development activity, sharing ideas and using activities you brought with you.
- Deciding: We are now looking at the future, that is post-Signifo2: you will test the activities you created, send us feedback on how it worked, and we’ll use all new activities as input for The Database.
At the end of “Signifo 2 – include the Spiritual Dimension in your activities” you will have:
- acquired a thorough understanding of the meaning of spirituality and its relationship with religions;
- discovered the role that spirituality plays within the Scout and Guide method;
- learned how to insert the spiritual dimension within scout and guides activities with particular attention to the different age groups;
- shared best practices;
- built a network of contacts with leaders interested in the topic
- contribute to feed the Spiriteco database
